Discretionary Investment Advisory

By outsourcing your day-to-day investment management to us, we will create a customized portfolio of duration appropriate investments tailored to your cash flow needs and budget seasonality.  An actively managed Separately Managed Account affords you many benefits.

Non-discretionary Investment Advisory

This service works similarly to Discretionary Investment management, with the added step of the governmental entity reviewing the investment recommendation before it is invested. 

Investment Consulting

Within the context of investment advisory there is a third option – investment consulting.  In this arrangement, public entities may have their own investment team in place, which is responsible for investing on behalf of the entity.

Local Government Investment Pools

We are the sole investment advisory to the U.S. Fixed Income Trust series of investment pools, comprised of Florida Fixed Income Trust (FL-FIT) and Texas Fixed Income Trust (TX-FIT).

U.S. Fixed Income Trust

U.S. Fixed Income Trust is a Delaware Trust that operates local government investment pools (LGIPs) in a variety of states throughout the United States.  Using the national organization to decrease expenses, US-FITs state products offer investment pools in each state appropriate for the needs of the local government investment clients.

Florida Fixed Income Trust

The Florida Fixed Income Trust (FL-FIT) is an investment solution specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of Florida’s local governments. Featuring five investment pools, FL-FIT offers alternative, liquid and effective solutions to meet your investment horizons.

Texas Fixed Income Trust

The Texas Fixed Income Trust (TX-FIT) is an investment solution designed specifically to fit the needs of local governments in Texas.
